  • Hassle-Free Returns: Not quite right? Return unused items within 90 days in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Refunds: Receive a full refund for returned items, excluding the original shipping fee. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

  • In-Person Returns: Drop off your return at our Kinsealy office items intact and with completed paperwork for a quick refund process.


Please note that underwear, hats, embroidered, and special orders cannot be returned.

Exchanges & Returns Policy

  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or color then simply return your original item and place a new order with us.

  • Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged:

    • Custom Orders: Personalized or customized items are non-returnable.

    • Hygiene Products: Underwear, socks, masks, and embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale Items: Sale items can be refunded within 28 days of receipt as long as items are instact

  • Damaged Items: We’re committed to providing top-quality products. If you receive a faulty item, contact our customer service team for assistance.
